Just a typical friday evening

I was going to help my friend Sam move his stuff home last night, but it was good that I came up with the idea that he can store a bunch of his stuff in storage...and i'll keep the fridge for beer ;)..he was still going to go home, but come on, tonight we need to toast a drink and say happy trails for ya!

So, we ended up chilling in Bemidji. Around 5-6, went to sam's friend's house, Saku, with Abeeku and Ty. We had peanut butter soup. It was delicious. It had a half jar of peanut butter in it with a small can of tomato sauce with chicken. You put it on rice. Good Gambian food...I recomend it.

After that, we all went to the waterfront (thumbs down) and what a mistake. It was boring. We walked around, and didn't really see pepole that we knew, plus the beer tent was asking us to pay 6 dollars to enter..what a kruck! Eh, it was the time of day when families and little kids were having their fun. It was alright..this weekend I am going to see the fireworks with grams!

To the liquor store...Ty and I wanted to get some alcohol in our system to head to the bar. Yep, they talked me into going to the bar again, even though I had plans with other people. He bought a 20 dollar, 12 ounce bottle of cognac! small bottle, but it really gets the job done. I got a case of miller for some reason for later on! He and I took some sips of that cognac, and he had me kill the bottle on the way to Keg n Cork...yuck! Ran into our buddy cooper there. It is always a good time talking to Cooper. We sat there, shot the breeze, and went to the U Bar! Cooper, being as drunk as he was, took home these strange people from Cass Lake. We went to Cooper's to party it up, but there wasn't many people there sadly, besides those strangers. Ty and Abeeku decided to go home, Jesan and his girl showed up but took off shortly. This one woman from Cass Lake told us she was married, but wasn't being innocent. She was also telling us she wanted to bring some sleazy, slutty women she knows of from Cass Lake..and i was like no thank you, I want to stay alive!! Not my taste. She was there to go after my friend herself, Mrs. married-woman-she. When Cooper rejected her, she went home pissed off. Denied! I don't respect people who are like that, especially if they are married!

People took off, it was only Sam, Cooper, and I that was left. We were like What the Hell is going on here? Afterwards...Steph happened to call Cooper's cell becuase I tried calling her earlier to see what is up, plus i felt bad that i didn't go to her house earlier that evening (heh) She forgave me though, and plus I am sure she had a great time over there. She called back, brought over some of her friends Ali, and Jaque. It was fun playing Presidents and Assholes, taking shots, listening to some GN'R, AC/DC, Death Metal (eh, not so great..they sound like they chew on the mic) and just having a good time. Steph is so awesome, and wow she's a good person to be around with and makes you happy. It is always interesting to have a conversation with her, and is full of wisdom. she really wanted to get to know me, and I am down with that. Usually I don't open up to people for only knowing them for a short while but I was comfortable about telling her about me. I'm glad she and her friends came over last night!

Went home at six. Got up at 10 to say goodbye to Sam..happy trails, buddy. See you in a couple weeks.

Well, time for a well deserved nap...I'm out!
