Europe Here I Come

The last two days here in Minnesota (Lichfield) has been non-stop with the packing and getting prepared. I look at the clock and time is ticking fast. I was nervous for this trip hardcore, but now I'm bout' ready to get out of here, and experience new things. Traveling abroad and visiting such places is not cheap, so it's good I do that while I'm in college.

I bought a journal today and I also have a digital camera. Be a lot to share with you all when I come back.

Last night, my friend charlie from Eau Claire came up and we had some beer and had Randy and Danny come over too. We just kicked it for a bit then we took it to the bar, Eagles club...Danny had to entertain a couple girls...he didn't come with so it was a good time. Charlie bought me some drinks, saw some ppl there from high school who i haven't seen for a long time, and my last hurrah with going out here was a blast. Woke up around noon with a pounding headache. ouch. last day being in minnesota for awhile sucked cuz of my hangover.

I'm anxious to beat all hell. I will do my best to be safe, and to stay out of trouble.

Top 10 Things that piss me off

Have to do this list to get things off my chest:

1. Couples on the cell phone after spending a whole day with each other.

this annoys me, especially with roomates or a sibling of mine. They go out to see their girlfriend 12 hours all day. Watch a movie, go on walks, everything is roses. Then they come home and they are on the the phone for another three hours. I don't get it. You might as well declare a wedding the next day if you can't get enough of each other.

2. Naive Freshman chicks

They come to college, wear the skimpiest clothes, very unintelligent and sleep around as if it's a sport to them. Then they fail out of college and pursue cosmetology or something like that. They like to think everyone likes them, but really we think of them as dumb, and jocks i'm sure only think of them as 'easy' but nothing else. Way to have self-respect! Sure, they are hot, but don't expect them to be too innocent or genuine people. I see the University don't do academic checks anymore. we don't need them here. They can take their business to the strip club as far as I'm concerned.

3. People who like to hear themselves talk.

I see this go around a lot, and even happens within our extended family. We get the mother and the father, who are in the money, flap their gums all day long about how their kids are the most popular people in school or they talk about going to their home in LA for a business trips, blah blah blah. Then they go into gas stations and fast food places, and make it clear they are a big deal, and you should know what kind of ciggarettes they want or what kind of order they get. Fuck that, you are not that important. Don't they get enough attention? If they feel they need to prove something, write a fucking book or take it to hollywood and see who really cares.

4. Novelty T-Shirts

I don't dislike all novelty t-shirts. I do like the band logos and alcohol logos, but people wearing "I see dumb people" or "I eat glue" shirts are just asking to get their ass kicked. Don't perpetuate every week wearing those shirts because you're just wearing out your welcome, trying to be the funny man. You're just plain dumb.

5. People who blame our president about the hurricane/Kanye West

"Hurricane Katrina hit New orleans. It's George Bush's fault and it's a scientific fact he made this hurricane happen" - Sure, People who lack responsibility to prepare for the storm or deal with the storm would saying something retarded like this. and fuck kanye west. Why the fuck didn't he go to New Orleans to help out himself with the hurricane victims before it happened? Big rapstar he is, he could have gotten a huge ass stadium somewhere to take all the people there and everything would be roses. He could have been the hero of the day but NO HE WASN'T SO WHO IS HE TO SAY BLAME GEORGE BUSH!! Hell with that peice of crap.

6. Feeling sorry for jail-birds

How democratic can a person be, as i once heard from my friend, andy. someone out there is shedding her tears over some scumbag sitting in jail, who steals and rapes underage women. why would she feel sorry for him as he is getting what he paid for? And she's not a family member either. Yeah, it's obvious this is messed up.

7. Housewives/homemaker moms going crazy over coupons.

This just bothers me....

8. Stupid women who are unhappy with their mind-fucking, asshole boyfriends but remain staying with them...

Yeah, probaly the dumbest thing that happens in our society. These girls try to make you feel sorry for them. Then when they complain about it all to their friend for moral, and never take any advice and go back to the poor son of a bitch, and get hurt all over again. I don't feel a damn bit sorry for them if they keep doing this to themselves.

9. Gamers.

They play their halo 2 all day, go to their minimum wage job at subway and work for 4 hours, come home and play it all over again for another 12 hours. What's crazy they have the money to purchase a fifty dollar game every week. They are the biggest dickheads too if you aren't as good playing video games. I used to be alright with them, but they piss me off when they are being jerks. No wonder they can't get laid. It would suck to tell your grandkids when you were in your mid-20's, you lived at your parent's house and played video games all day. You're wasting a lot of beautiful days. They need real hobbies.

10. Holier than thou people

You read the bible, you do everything that is good to be close to Jesus and God but you look down on others who aren't like you, but you make the same mistakes. they need to get over themselves, cuz no matter what they are and what they do: they are just like me and everyone else!!

looking back..

looking back at my blogs on here...yeah, some of them were dumb.

however, i'll be more wiser with upcoming ones.

Back On Blogspot...for now

i was looking at my friends blogs and my blogs on this...must say i miss this place and i feel like home, doing my blogs here on blogspot.

lot has changed since i have left. I started chewing. Yeah, Red Man tobacco. Good stuff compared to other stuff i have tried such as skoal apple and grizzly wintergreen. that shit makes want to throw up. yuck, but this red man is pretty easy going chew, and you can even chew on the leaves. I'm not that addicted, but i would like to use a good buzz every now and then. i bet this shit ain't cheap in europe.

I leave for europe in a couple days and i am pretty excited, pretty nervous, mixture of both. I cannot wait. converting my US cash to pounds will rape me kind of and shit over there in britian anyway will cost twice as much so i better take it down a notch once i pub hop. Pub hopping is a fad there like no other. You go pub to pub in oxford and when closing time begins, you go to the 'after bar' and drink all you want with the bartender and other partiers in back alleys or upstairs. thought of it may sound creepy, but it's what my professor recommended. I'm sure cowboy curt would have fun with that.

I'll be taking classes in oxford for five weeks and the rest of the time, for another three weeks i'll be traveling other countries. thing is they'll rush us everyday to get going. i'm a traveling man though so i won't mind a damn bit.

Oh shit, I am stoked. time to take a break here in the states.

I worked at 'scrubway' for a couple of months and had its moments. I don't like working with the morning crew as much cuz they are prudes, doing anything they can to make over 5.25 an hour cuz they either have kids to raise or pay off their fines with breaking laws. i don't pity them at all since they made my days hell there at times. Oh well, At least they are more fun to party with though when they are outside of work. went to this one girl's house after work one evening and had free icehouse beer and smoked camel straights. best thing about it is i'm usually the only guy there...but never got that lucky. Hell, i wouldn't want anything to do wtih them anyway. I'm convinced they are out there to lure any average joe in to pay child support or some bullshit like that. as for the work part of it, meh i have had better jobs but it's the least i could do to save up some money to spend overseas.

Right now i'm watching the clock and counting the days. time is moving fast!!

Pork Soda

Job hunting sucks in Litchfield and surrounding areas. Hutchinson should have something, eh? For one thing my MOM spread the word in town that I will be going to eurospring so everyone knows pretty much that i'll only be useful for only a couple months....and they dont' want that. they want someone to last longer than that. sucks ass.

Did some outings with friends, got together with some and played board games and i must say that I helped out dominate Scene It since i'm a movie nut. nothing else exciting really is happening cept i'll be looking forward to the new year to start over, and get as fucked up as I want to be.

I'll be the most poorest person in europe if this shit keeps happening with not finding a job.

BEER! BEER! BEER!!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas readers. I had a good night on X-mas eve, chowing down chowder and other great snacks before the gift opening. Always a tradition in our household..hold up the cake for a picture (Erik and I), and open gifts.

What we do...mom and dad has the whole family, us four, go to a small lutheran church outside of town and let the party begin at home. probaly the only time these days that our family, just the four of us, get together and be close. Other times during holidays we get caught up with extended families and have no time for eachother. Now that we are in college, I do appreciate the time we spend together.

Christmas Day we usually do the whole celebrate with the extended family thing. Either go down to southern minnesota at gram/gramps house or go to the cities to see my mom's sister's family. I don't really dig going to the cities...seeing my aunt's kids grow up to be lawyer/doctor, got nothing but good things going for them all just makes me sick to my stomach. I don't dig it there much at all, but sure as hell am happy once i leave their place. oy!

Actually, this year we'll hit two birds with one stone. on monday we'll be heading over to gram/gramp's house to see my dad's side. jolly people. always nice and fun to be around. seem to be interested in us rather than those damn snobs in the cities.

I'm so relaxed during htis holiday. All those everyday worries are gone. All those past shit you delt with (relationships, fight in the family) are gone, it's all peace on earth.

Yep, and I must say the Trans-siberian orchestra is damn good listening for x-mas. good shit.

X-mas is a great holiday overall.

Happy Holidays
you friends take it easy. I will have you in my thoughts.
